No. Free never requires a card. You only pay if you upgrade to Tryhard (one-time) or Pro (monthly or annual subscription).

No. Tryhard is a one-time payment of $24.99 or 24.99 € (same price in your currency). You pay once and the upgrade is yours forever — no renewal, no recurring charge.

Yes. Pro is $16.99 or 16.99 € per month, or $169 or 169 € per year (~17% off vs monthly). Prices follow your region (USD or EUR). Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Both. Every new Flex 5 game your stack plays is auto-detected by our background refresh loop — you don't have to do anything. You can also force a manual refresh from the team page; the cooldown depends on your plan (24h on Free, 1h on Tryhard, 30min on Pro).

Free keeps a fixed lineup of 5 — you can remove players if your roster was detected with extras, but you cannot add bench players. Tryhard lets you add or remove substitutes freely, up to 6 players per team (1 sub). Pro allows up to 7 (2 subs). You always need at least 5. Multiple full rosters (2 on Tryhard, 5 on Pro) are a separate perk from bench slots within one team.

Your existing teams stay where they are. Upgrading bumps your team limit, unlocks longer history, reduces the refresh cooldown, and enables the features of the new tier (AI analysis on Tryhard, AI coach chat + scrims on Pro).

Free is enough to discover the product. Tryhard is the sweet spot for stacks climbing Flex together. Pro is for any serious team that wants to progress — AI coach chat, scrim import, faster refreshes and up to 5 rosters.

No. The same plans apply whether your team plays on EUW, EUNE, NA, BR or KR.

No. Only the account that manages the teams needs the plan. Your teammates are added by Riot ID.

Yes. Pro unlocks the desktop Scrim Importer: install it once, pair it from your dashboard, and pick which customs you want to push to your team page. Stats and MVP scores get computed the same way as Flex games.

No. The global TeamScore leaderboard is computed strictly from ranked Flex 5 games, so importing scrims never inflates (or deflates) your public ranking. Scrim data only feeds your team's private dashboard, AI analysis and the AI coach chat.

Almost. Pro includes a generous daily quota of 30 coach chat messages per team, per UTC day. That's enough for a deep debrief after a scrim block; the limit resets every day. The cap exists to keep the feature exclusive and to avoid runaway AI costs from a single team.

Yes. Open the Stripe customer portal from your dashboard ('Manage subscription') and switch billing cadence whenever you want. Stripe handles the proration automatically.

Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period (month or year, depending on your cadence). After that, your account drops back to Free: you keep your teams, your history and your account, but extra rosters get archived if you exceed the Free limit, and the Pro-only features get locked.

From the dashboard, open 'Manage subscription' — it takes you to the Stripe customer portal where every invoice is available as a PDF. Your billing email and card can be updated there too.
