These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lol-tracker.com and all related services ("LoL Tracker", "we", "our"). By using LoL Tracker you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What LoL Tracker is

LoL Tracker is an independent tool that fetches Flex 5 ranked match data from Riot Games' public API and presents it as team stats, MVP scores, match history and rankings. LoL Tracker is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LoL Tracker and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity under it. You must hold the necessary rights to add a Riot ID to a team (e.g. you own the account or have the owner's consent).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, dox, or defame another player.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits and access controls on LoL Tracker or on the Riot API via our product.
• Add players to a team without legitimate permission from the account owner.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to data you do not own.
• Resell, sublicense or present LoL Tracker data as your own product without a written agreement.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Tryhard, Pro) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless required by law. Pricing may change with prior notice. Features available per plan (team size, history retention, AI analysis) are described on the pricing section.

5. Content & data

Match data originates from Riot Games' API and remains governed by their terms. LoL Tracker adds derived metrics (such as the MVP Score). You retain ownership of any content you submit (team names, logos chosen from our library). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as part of the public team page.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep LoL Tracker online, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted (maintenance, Riot API outages, MongoDB / hosting incidents). To the maximum extent allowed by law, LoL Tracker disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the service, or threaten the safety of other users. You can stop using LoL Tracker at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of LoL Tracker. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
